Returns Policy

Customer Satisfaction
Each Luna Rae product is crafted from high quality materials. Each item is individually assessed to ensure our customer is satisfied.  

Change of Mind; 
We understand that a product may not be quite right, so we offer a 30 day refund or credit for any purchases/s. 
Please note; For hygiene purposes we can not accept any change of mind returns on earrings. 

Faults & Repairs
Luna Rae offers a 6 month warranty for any manufactures fault. For any damage to the item made by the customer we can assist with repairs at the customers expense.
Whilst fine and delicate jewellery is always in fashion, we ask you to consider that this does pose a higher risk for damage. If caught on clothes or hair these items can easily snap. Our chains are machine made for extra strength, so any snapped chains will be likely to incur a repair fee.

  • Ensure that the item and packaging is in its original condition
  • Returns are sent back at customers expense unless deemed a manufacturers fault
  • Once the return has been received by Head Office please allow 1-2 business days to receive your credit or further updates on repairs.
