Returns Policy

Customer Satisfaction

Each of our Luna Rae products are crafted from high quality materials, and is individually assessed to ensure our customers are satisfied.


Change of Mind

We understand that an item(s) may not be quite right, so we offer a 30 day refund or store credit for purchases/s from date of purchase. For item(s) that are purchased on Promotional Sales, we offer a 30 day change of mind return for exchange or a store credit only from the date of purchase. Please note; For hygiene purposes we can not accept any change of mind returns on earrings. 'Final Sale' items are not eligible for change of mind returns.

Item(s) must be unworn and in original condition, in its original packaging and in a resalable condition. We recommend trying on all purchased items once received, to ensure adequate time to return items within our returns period.

We do not refund the initial shipping charges for change of mind returns, if the purchase was applicable for free shipping or did not incur a shipping charge, we deduct a shipping and handling fee of $10 to cover the costs incurred by us to provide the original subsidised shipping and processing if you are requesting a refund to your original payment method. We do not charge a shipping and handling fee if you are requesting a store credit.

Please note that Luna Rae does not cover the cost of return shipping for change of mind returns, so we do recommend using your preferred trackable courier service as we cannot be held liable for any parcels that are lost on their way back to us.

Faults & Repairs

Luna Rae offers a 6 month warranty for manufacturer's faults. In the event of a manufacturer's fault, we will, at our choice, either refund, replace or repair the item. Additionally, all of our jewellery comes with consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law (https://www.accc.gov.au/consumers/consumer-rights-guarantees). For any damage to the item made by the customer we can assist with repairs at the customers expense and within a reasonable timeframe.

Whilst fine and delicate jewellery is always in fashion, we ask you to consider that this does pose a higher risk for damage if not cared for correctly. If one of our item(s) is caught on clothes or hair it could easily snap or bend. Our chains are machine made for extra strength, so any snapped chains will be likely to incur a repair fee.

  • Returns are sent back at customers expense unless deemed a manufacturers fault

  • Once the return has been received by Head Office please allow 3-5 business days to receive further updates as we work to assess your item.
